Due to the high demand regarding our rental space, it is vital the Hosanna House is left in adequate condition for the next guest. Please complete this inspection form before
leaving the venue. Initial box numbers 1-14.

An inspection will be conducted, subsequent to your event. If you fail to comply with the check-out policies, some or all of your deposit may be withheld.

1. Return all items back to their original location. This includes tables and chairs.

2. If applicable, store banquet tables on the porch.

3. If applicable, store square tables in the gathering/mediation room.

4. Ensure hallways are clear of tables, chairs and other accessories.

5. Collect and bag all trash (including the bathroom) and place bags in the green dumpster, located across the driveway, outside the south entrance.

6. Floors must be swept and/or mopped clean of any crembs or spills.

7. Decorations should be removed carefully to avoid damage to the walls.

8. Refrigerator and freezer are to be emptied and wiped clean of any crumbs and/or spills.

9. If applicable, ensure any spills in the oven are communicated to the event coordinator.

10. If applicable, dishes, serving ware and utensils are to be loaded into the dishwasher. PLEASE Advise the event coordinator if the dishwasher is loaded.

11. Adjust the thermostat to the posted temperature.

12. Turn off all interior lights. PLEASE leave exterior lights on.

13. Lock all doors as you exit the facility.

14. Text the coordinator upon leaving the facility.
