Rental Inspection – Hosanna House Event Center

Please complete this inspection form before leaving the venue.

An inspection will be conducted, subsequent to your event. If you fail to comply with the check-out policies, some or all of your deposit may be withheld.

Return all items, including tables and chairs to their original location. *A photo of the set-up is on the bulletin board.* *

Collect and bag all trash and dispose of in the green dumpster. The dumpster is located across from the driveway, outside the south entrance. • 2 large trash cans • 1 kitchen trash can • 1 bathroom trash can *

Sweep/Mop all floors (including sun room). Clean up any spills or crumbs. *

Vacuum rugs and empty vacuum. *

Remove ALL decorations: tape, balloons, signs, etc. Use painter’s tape on wall to prevent damage. *

Refrigerator & freezer emptied and wiped clean. *

** Communicate spills in OVEN to coordinator. ** *

Refrigerator and freezer are to be emptied and wiped clean of any crumbs and/or spills. *

Adjust thermostat to the posted temperature. *

Turn off all interior lights. Leave on exterior lights. *

Lock all Doors *

Reviewed Contract Policy: Do not use glitter or confetti. *

Reviewed Contract Policy: Non-adherence to non-smoking policy. *

Reviewed Contract Policy: Remaining on premises past alloted time. *
