**Do not completed and submit this form until the rental coordinator has confirmed your reservation dates/times.**
When you have submitted this form, a notification will be sent to the treasurer of the event center who will generate an invoice for your deposit payment. It will be sent electronically to the email address you provide here. A courtesy hold will be placed on your preferred date for seven (7) calendar days. If your contract and deposit is not received within that time, the hold on that date may be released and made available for another renter.
